Hurricane Melissa Relief

Jamaica

All Hands & Hearts has been on the ground in Jamaica since Category 5 Hurricane Melissa made landfall in October 2025. Our teams are now in the recovery phase, focusing on helping families rebuild safe, resilient shelter. Local workers, volunteers and AH&H staff are providing: heavy and light roof repair kits for residential homes, community trainings on Build Back Safer principles, and guidance on structural resilience to reduce future storm damage.

Gaza Humanitarian Relief

Gaza

All Hands & Hearts has been providing shipments of fresh fruits and vegetables, hygiene kits, medicine for clinics and hospitals, therapeutic foods to combat child malnutrition, and shelter materials such as tarps and tents. Each shipment helps families in Gaza protect their children, access essential nutrition, maintain hygiene, and regain a sense of safety and dignity amid displacement. By partnering with local leaders and organizations, we ensure aid reaches those who need it most, supporting communities as they recover and rebuild in the face of ongoing challenges.

Texas Flood Relief

Kerr County, Texas

All Hands & Hearts (AH&H) is supporting central Texas flood recovery by clearing damage to homes and businesses, salvaging belongings, and providing temporary housing for displaced families.

California Wildfire Relief

After devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, All Hands & Hearts (AH&H) committed to delivering essential aid for affected communities through January 2026.

North Carolina Hurricane Helene Relief

We mobilized to Asheville, North Carolina, in response to Hurricane Helene’s record-breaking flooding, supporting immediate and long-term relief efforts. Nepal Earthquake Relief

All Hands & Hearts (AH&H) is working to create safer learning environments by rebuilding school facilities, offering community training sessions, and providing Disaster Risk Reduction and Female Mason trainings. We’re also running child protection programs, as well as Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sessions, to support and empower the entire school community.
