Back to School Nepal: Earthquake Recovery
Sindhuli District & Bagmati Province, Nepal
AH&H is dedicated to creating safe, disaster-resilient learning environments across Nepal. By rebuilding damaged school infrastructure, integrating Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) facilities, and delivering community-wide training in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Child Protection, and Menstrual Hygiene Management, we support and empower entire school communities. Through our flagship Female Mason Training Program, we also equip local women with sustainable construction skills, opening doors to dignified, fairly paid employment.
Hurricane Isaias Response

AH&H is on the ground in Pensacola, Florida, where there are widespread power outages and storm damage left in the wake of Hurricane Isaias. Our team is actively connecting with residents, local emergency management, and community leaders & bringing critical relief supplies to those affected, including roof tarp kits, solar lights, generators, and response kits.
Back to School: Mexico

Since 2009, AH&H has been rebuilding schools damaged by earthquakes, hurricanes, and floods across Mexico. Our work includes repairing classrooms, bringing in clean drinking water and restrooms (WaSH), building playgrounds, and adding new furniture. We also offer helpful trainings for students, teachers, and neighbors to support and empower the entire school community.
Nepal Flood Relief

All Hands & Hearts is on the ground responding to devastating floods and mudslides across Nuwakot and Gorkha, Nepal. Having worked alongside local communities since 2015, we are taking immediate action to provide relief and launch long-term recovery to rebuild 20 destroyed schools.
Colombia Earthquake Relief

All Hands & Hearts mobilized its disaster relief team to Colombia in response to the powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake that struck western Colombia. Our team has been on the ground since the day of the earthquake, coordinating with local authorities and partners, assessing needs, and procuring emergency supplies for search-and-rescue teams in Pereira, including tools, PPE, and other needed items. We will continue to assess and meet needs as more information becomes available, with initial activities focused on supporting first responders and displaced households with emergency relief items. Afghanistan Flood Relief

In response to sudden, severe flooding in Nuristan Province, Afghanistan, All Hands & Hearts delivered immediate aid to remote communities, providing household kits complete with heavy-duty blankets, pressure cookers, water storage jars, dining sets, and essential cooking tools.
Texas Flood Relief
Kerr County, Texas
Since the July 4, 2025 Texas floods, All Hands & Hearts (AH&H) has been supporting long-term recovery in Hill Country in Central Texas, helping dozens of families rebuild homes and restore their communities along the Guadalupe River. On July 16, 2026, just over one year after devastating floods forever changed lives across the Texas Hill Country, disaster struck once again with torrential rainfall, with the damage appearing to be even more widespread, reaching homes and businesses that were untouched by last year’s flooding. AH&H is supporting central Texas flood recovery by clearing damage to homes and businesses, salvaging belongings, and providing temporary housing for displaced families.
Venezuela Earthquake Relief

All Hands & Hearts mobilized its disaster relief team to Venezuela in response to the powerful 7.2 and 7.5 earthquakes. In collaboration with our local partner Alimenta La Solidaridad, we started delivering water and emergency supplies to survivors and search & rescue teams less than 24 hours after the earthquakes and continue to deliver immediate relief to the communities hit the hardest. Hurricane Melissa Relief
Jamaica
All Hands & Hearts has been on the ground in Jamaica since Category 5 Hurricane Melissa made landfall in October 2025. Our teams are now in the recovery phase, focusing on helping families rebuild safe, resilient shelter. Local workers, volunteers and AH&H staff are providing: heavy and light roof repair kits for residential homes, community trainings on Build Back Safer principles, and guidance on structural resilience to reduce future storm damage.
Gaza Humanitarian Relief

All Hands & Hearts has been providing shipments of fresh fruits and vegetables, hygiene kits, medicine for clinics and hospitals, therapeutic foods to combat child malnutrition, and shelter materials such as tarps and tents. Each shipment helps families in Gaza protect their children, access essential nutrition, maintain hygiene, and regain a sense of safety and dignity amid displacement. By partnering with local leaders and organizations, we ensure aid reaches those who need it most, supporting communities as they recover and rebuild in the face of ongoing challenges.
California Disaster Recovery & Wildfire Readiness

From long-term recovery in Altadena to wildfire preparedness across Santa Cruz and Alameda Counties, All Hands & Hearts is building a year-round presence in California that helps communities recover, prepare, and become more resilient.
North Carolina Hurricane Helene Relief

We mobilized to Asheville, North Carolina, in response to Hurricane Helene’s record-breaking flooding, supporting immediate and long-term relief efforts. Ukraine Crisis Relief

We starting responding to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine starting in March 2022, working in Poland and Western Ukraine to support refugees and internally displaced persons. Today, we continue to support through our Invincibility Train Cars initiative, in partnership with Ukrainian Railways, World Central Kitchen, White Stork, and Hachiko Foundation.
