Our team was on the ground within 24 hours of the disaster. The situation has been unpredictable, with access extremely limited at the start and alerts warning of a possible second wave. On Friday, our team was forced to temporarily evacuate uphill, but despite the challenging circumstances, our delivery trucks are reaching impacted areas packed with essential food and shelter supplies.
We’re working hand-in-hand with Nepali government authorities, the Nepal Army, and the Nepal Red Cross. Today, our team delivered urgent supplies directly to rescuers who are frantically searching for potential survivors and reaching cut-off villages. The rescue kits include protective gear such as masks, boots, gloves, and helmets, along with equipment such as stretchers, ladders, medicine, food, and water.

We’ve also delivered a full truckload of relief supplies to the displacement center in Nuwakot. Many families fled their homes with nothing but the clothes on their backs, so our team brought flip-flops, towels, hygiene products, diapers, and toys, offering basic dignity, comfort, and protection against disease for the roughly 200 families sheltering there.
Our team members have been sharing what they’re seeing firsthand. Pradeep Bhatt spoke with CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront about the race against time as search-and-rescue teams work through extreme terrain. And Rupa Maharjan told FOX & Friends what our team is witnessing on the ground, and why we’re able to move so fast: we’ve been in Nepal since the 2015 earthquake, rebuilding schools in this very district. Those schools are still standing. The villages around them were not as fortunate.
You can watch their interviews and our other media coverage from Nepal here.
The needs on the ground are changing by the hour, and so is our response. We’ll keep you posted.
