Mike first volunteered with All Hands and Hearts in Pisco, Peru in 2008 and began his journey from volunteer to Chief Operating Officer.

Mike has a background in Business Management and, for many years would use work vacations to volunteer on programs, such as Peru, Haiti and the Philippines. In May 2014, he joined the staff team as Program Director of the typhoon recovery program in Leyte, Philippines – where he proved integral to the development of our fundraising and partnership model.

Mike has since worked as the Director of International Recovery, Director of International Operations and Director of Global Operations, with a focus on developing our ability to plan and execute long-term recovery programs. Today, he oversees our global operations, bringing a breadth of experience in strategic development and passion for building capacity within AHAH and the communities we support.
