Upper Midwest Flooding

Over the weekend, the Upper Midwest, including Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota, faced severe weather that led to significant flooding. Numerous flood-level records were shattered, resulting in inundated streets, power outages and submerged homes. Although the torrential rain has ceased, several rivers continue to rise and are expected to crest throughout the week and into the next weekend.
