June 20, 2024 - 10:00 (EDT) - Update 3

After making landfall Thursday morning, Tropical Storm Alberto is continuing to move inland over Mexico with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph. While conditions are starting to subside in Texas, life-threatening flooding and mudslides are still possible in northeastern Mexico.

June 19, 2024 - 12:00 (EDT) - Update 2

Tropical Storm Alberto became the first named storm of the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season on Wednesday. Alberto is expected to make landfall in Mexico on Thursday morning and bring heavy rainfall, coastal flooding and strong winds to northeastern Mexico and South Texas. 

All Hands and Hearts will continue to monitor the situation closely.

June 18, 2024 - 13:00 (EDT) - Update 1

A disorganized weather system has formed in the Gulf of Mexico bringing a high likelihood of heavy rainfall and coastal flooding to Texas and Mexico. Currently labeled Potential Tropical Cyclone One, this can potentially develop into the first named storm of the 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season, Tropical Storm Alberto. All Hands and Hearts is monitoring the weather system as it grows.
