Generate Your Email Signature
1. Enter your Full Name (with optional pronouns), Job Title and Email Address into the text boxes.
2. Enter your phone number (including the country code) with ‘.’ as the separator. For example +1.555.123.4567 or +52.01.234.56.789
3. Click Copy Signature
4. In Gmail, click on the gear icon and select See all settings
5. Scroll down to the Signature section
6. Click the Create new button and give your signature a name
7. In the blank box, paste the signature you copied from the Email Signature page:
a. Do not “Paste and match style”.
b. This works best in Google Chrome, so if you are having trouble pasting the signature, try the Chrome browser if you haven’t already.
8. Under Signature defaults, select your newly created signature:

9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
