Ann Woodly

Chief of People, Culture and Equity

Ann’s background spans a broad range of HR and Talent Management experience including leadership of a regional human resources division, instructional design and facilitation, leadership development programs, management of EEO and diversity/inclusion functions and the design and implementation of large-scale culture change initiatives. Ann has held internal leadership and consulting positions with Lockheed Martin, The Nordson Corporation, and most recently served as Principal OD Consultant with the Xcel Energy Corporation. She also served as an independent practitioner who designed and led training and OD initiatives with a diverse roster of private sector, public sector and nonprofit organizations including Lockheed Martin, the Cocoa Cola Company, the Georgia Network to End Sexual Assault (GNESA) CDC, and the Atlanta Housing Authority. Among her most cherished roles, Ann is a wife, mother and grandmother currently residing in the Minneapolis MN area. She and her husband have near term plans to return to their east coast roots relocating to Providence, Rhode Island.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fordham University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Georgia State University. She is certified in assessments including Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, The Work Behavior Inventory, StrengthsFinder and EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence). Ann is passionate about partnering with colleagues and clients to foster and maintain a truly inclusive work environment where genuine trust is the norm, people feel seen, valued, heard, and motivated to do their best work. More than anything, she genuinely looks forward to learning from her experience at AHAH and bringing her best efforts to serve the amazing people and mission of this organization.
