Claudia came to All Hands and Hearts in Dominica in 2018 as a volunteer; and again in Union Zapata, Oaxaca in 2019. After spending time in the field volunteering, Claudia joined the team as the Learning & Development Manager in March 2020. She later held the role of Human Resources Manager before becoming the Director of People Development. In her current role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and overall HR operations for All Hands and Hearts.

Claudia brings over 25 years of human resources experience to our HR Team, specializing in employee relations, talent management, legal compliance, and benefits administration.
